Bee Balm Wildscapes was founded by Melissa Apland in 2023. She has a background in environmental science and years of experience as a vegetable and native plant gardener. She brings a love of learning and sense of curiosity to every project. The work at Bee Balm Wildscapes is underpinned by a passion for helping others and supporting nature. When she is not working on Bee Balm Wildscapes or her own garden projects, Melissa can be found following her toddler on walks around the neighborhood, working on long and tedious craft projects or going for bike rides.
